Cotton Hill Photography provides professional photography and visual media services, including commercial photography, real estate photography, food photography, aerial photography and video, video production, 360° virtual tours, and related services.

Quotes and Pricing

Scheduling and Cancellations

Cotton Hill Photography reserves the right to reschedule services when necessary because of weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, illness, property access problems, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information and ensuring that necessary permissions and access have been obtained before a scheduled shoot.

For properties or locations being photographed, the client is responsible for ensuring the property is ready for photography at the scheduled time unless other arrangements have been made.

Aerial Services

Drone photography and video services are subject to applicable FAA regulations, airspace restrictions, weather conditions, property restrictions, safety considerations, and other operational requirements.

Cotton Hill Photography reserves the right to postpone, modify, or decline an aerial operation when conditions prevent the flight from being conducted legally or safely.

Image Editing and Delivery

Images and other media may receive professional editing appropriate to the project.

Delivery methods and turnaround times may vary depending on the scope and requirements of the project. Any estimated delivery time is subject to reasonable delays caused by circumstances outside the control of Cotton Hill Photography.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Cotton Hill Photography retains the copyright to photographs, videos, and other original media created during a project.

Clients receive usage rights appropriate to the purpose for which the media was commissioned. Images and other media may not be resold, transferred, sublicensed, materially altered, or used for purposes outside the agreed scope without permission when additional licensing is required.

Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Cotton Hill Photography may display photographs, video, and other media created during a project in its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, promotional materials, and other examples of its work.

Clients who require confidentiality or restrictions on portfolio use should communicate those requirements before the project.

Third-Party Rights

Clients are responsible for obtaining any permissions, releases, or approvals necessary for people, properties, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or other protected content they specifically request to be included in a project.

Payment

Payment terms will be provided through the applicable quote, invoice, proposal, or other project agreement.

Clients are responsible for paying all agreed charges according to the stated payment terms.

Limitation of Liability

Cotton Hill Photography will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services and protect project files. However, Cotton Hill Photography is not responsible for delays, interruptions, loss, or damages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cotton Hill Photography's liability arising from a project will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.
